Refund policy

You can request a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

You can only request a refund once you have received your order, once the order is placed, we will not be able to cancel or refund your order or your purchase until you receive it.

 

For the return, the item must be in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange or return can be made. It is your responsibility to provide proper packaging to ensure that items arrive at Glorious Lola in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return.

Once you have sent us the email to info@gloriouslola.com requesting the return, we will give you the necessary instructions so that you can send it to us correctly.

 

CUSTOMIZABLE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR CHANGED IN SIZE.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If everything is correct, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in a certain number of days.

 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. If you are shipping an item with a high value we advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Glorious Lola will not be responsible for any loss that the package may have suffered during shipping, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that said package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.
